Ingredients

  • 420g shredded green cabbage
  • 110g shredded carrot
  • 120g vegan mayo
  • 2 Tbsp distilled white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Chill for a few hours.
