Sesame Soy Glaze Beef Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 5oz soy curls
  • 2 Tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 4oz shredded carrots
  • Sweet Soy Glaze
  • 1Tbsp sesame seeds
  • cilantro

Instructions

  • Cook rice.
  • Rehydrate soy curls and saute with some oil.
  • Add carrots, soy glaze ingredients, and sesame seeds; cook until thickened.
  • Combine sriracha and mayo.
  • Serve over rice, drizzle with spicy mayo.
