Vegan Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 pack tofu
  • Tumeric for color

Instructions

  • Cook onion until softened.
  • Add garlic, cook for 30s.
  • Add tofu, and enough tumeric to color it. Cook until heated.
  • Add black salt, or regular salt, and black pepper to taste.
