Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash
  • 2 onions
  • 2Tbsp olive oil
  • 2tsp dried sage

Instructions

  • Cube the butternut squash.
    • Peel the skin with a peeler.
    • Cut in half, then scoop out the seeds.
    • Cut into cubes.
  • Cube the onion.
  • Toss the vegetables with olive oil, sage, salt and pepper.
  • Roast at 400F for 30 minutes.
