Sourdough Bread

Ingredients

  • 400g of flour (300g all purpose flour, 50g whole wheat flour, 50g gluten)
  • 200g sourdough starter
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150g warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer. Knead for 5 minutes.
  • Bulk rise for 2 hours.
  • Knead for 3 more minutes in the stand mixer.
  • Split into rolls, rise for 1 more hour.
  • Bake at 450F for 20 minutes.
