Mexican Style BBQ Beans

Ingredients

  • 3 cans of black beans
  • 4oz tomato paste
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • guajillo powder
  • chipotle powder
  • cumin
  • coriander
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Cook onions, then add garlic.
  • Add tomato paste and all spices, cook until fragrant.
  • Add 2 cans with the liquid, one can drained. Cook until thickened.
