Ingredients
- 420g shredded green cabbage
- 110g shredded carrot
- 120g vegan mayo
- 2 Tbsp distilled white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Chill for a few hours.
