Vegan Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 1/2 cup onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 pack tofu
- Tumeric for color
Instructions
- Cook onion until softened.
- Add garlic, cook for 30s.
- Add tofu, and enough tumeric to color it. Cook until heated.
- Add black salt, or regular salt, and black pepper to taste.
