Sesame Soy Glaze Beef Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 5oz soy curls
- 2 Tbsp vegan mayo
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 4oz shredded carrots

- 1Tbsp sesame seeds
- cilantro
Instructions
- Cook rice.
- Rehydrate soy curls and saute with some oil.
- Add carrots, soy glaze ingredients, and sesame seeds; cook until thickened.
- Combine sriracha and mayo.
- Serve over rice, drizzle with spicy mayo.
